Development of the regional facilities operations and playing a pivotal role in crafting the office services team and the scope of works that is needed to optimize the workplace experience at Apple Turkiye head office whilst delivering excellent support to all business teams (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marcom) and all Apple employees, contractors & visitors.

• Leading our Global Workplace Strategy:
  Guiding the creation and implementation of our regional workplace strategy, fostering collaboration, productivity, and employee satisfaction across our 2,000-strong workforce.

• Creating and Leading our Business Strategy:
  Orchestrating cross-functional alignment in business strategy, spearheading large and intricate projects spanning various functions to drive organizational growth and sustainability.

• Innovation & Workplace Experience:
  Pioneering workplace innovation from a technology perspective, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of advancements. Dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies to enhance workplace experiences and drive strategic advantage. I acted as the facilities lead for workplace services at Apple in collaboration with our regional IFM partner, JLL.

• Transformation:
  Overseeing transformative change management and operational excellence initiatives across functions, ensuring seamless adaptation to evolving business needs. Championing cross-functional projects that streamline processes and enhance organizational resilience.

• External Business Relations:
  Acting as primary liaisons for external business relations, cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances to fuel our teams growth and innovation on a global scale.
