She excels at driving large-scale transformations by creating human-centric workplace experiences.

Hilal’s international experience spans EMEA and APAC, where she has built multidisciplinary award-winning teams, managed complex projects, and integrated cutting-edge strategies to enhance workplace culture, performance, and organizational outcomes.

As a thought leader and workplace consultant, Hilal is passionate about navigating complex change by merging digital innovation with actionable roadmaps and creating environments where employees feel valued and empowered.
